6 easy steps to glorious fiasco yams:
1. make yams and cover with marshmallows and brown sugar.
2. put under broiler until they catch on fire. cover with a pan lid and carry outside.3. have someone announce they've "lost the gravy" at the same time.
4. scoop off the burnt marshmallows with a spatula and fling into the back yard.
5. march back inside.
